    Specialising in Japanese-style grilled meat, Hutong provides only fresh, quality ingredients – limited to the same day and under the strict quality control of its central kitchen – to ensure that guests can enjoy the same Hutong flavours at any branch every day.

    The restaurant attaches great importance to the staff’s interaction with diners. From the eagerness of the waiters when recommending dishes to their helpful instructions on how to barbecue, the aim is to make diners feel they are back in the days of the hutong alleyways, enjoying the warm atmosphere of the old neighbourhood.

    1. Members must present their Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership card at the time of payment. Asia Miles cannot be issued afterwards.

    3. Unless otherwise specified, mileage credits will be earned on total food and beverage spending including service charges and taxes, where applicable. Tips are excluded in all markets.

    4. Asia Miles will be awarded to one member's Cathay Pacific's Cathay membership account for every single eligible spending.

    5. Miles will be credited to the member’s account within seven (7) working days after each eligible dining transaction.
