Opened in 2018, Once Café & Bar is the first brand established by WuXin. From 10.30am, it operates as a café and bar specialising in gin and offering a variety of cocktails. It boasts more than 200 types of gin, catering to every drinker’s preference. For those undecided, knowledgeable bartenders are available to provide recommendations. Once Café & Bar also serves wines, a selection of appetisers and a variety of pour-over coffees.
