    Restaurant Week Autumn 2024 x Cathay Partnership Terms and Conditions

    During Restaurant Week Autumn 2024, Cathay members can book Restaurant Week set menus through www.restaurantweek.sg/pages/cathay . Eligible members will earn Asia Miles according to the following terms and conditions:

    • Asia Miles for Priority Booking
      • Priority booking for Cathay members starts at 10:00 AM on September 19, 2024, and ends at 23:59 on September 22, 2024.
      • Members who successfully place a booking during the priority booking window will earn a maximum of 100 Asia Miles for each priority booking.
      • There is no limit on the number of priority bookings each eligible Cathay member can make.
    • Asia Miles for Confirmed Bookings
      • Cathay members will earn 500 Asia Miles for every confirmed booking made at any of the listed participating restaurants.
      • There is no limit to the number of bookings that each Cathay member can make during Restaurant Week Autumn 2024.
    • Asia Miles for App Payments
      • Cathay members who make payment at designated restaurants through the DiningCity app will earn an additional 500 Asia Miles, per booking.
    • Bonus Asia Miles for new Cathay members
      • Each customer can sign up only once as a Cathay member and must sign up through the dedicated page here to earn the 500 bonus miles. The bonus miles for new members will be credited within 4-6 weeks after the campaign has concluded on 27 October 2024.
    • Booking Terms
      • Asia Miles will only be awarded for bookings made through the Restaurant Week website and completed as confirmed reservations. Cancellations or no-shows will not qualify for Asia Miles.
    • Concurrent Rewards
      • The rewards from priority booking, confirmed bookings, and app payments can be earned concurrently. Asia Miles will be credited to the Cathay member’s account within 4–6 weeks after Restaurant Week Autumn 2024 has concluded on 27 October 2024. All bookings will be tracked based on the system time recorded by DiningCity.
    • Member Information
      • To be eligible for Asia Miles, members must provide a valid Cathay membership number and Full Name as per Cathay membership profile before booking. This information must match exactly the ones registered in your Cathay membership account.
      • Members can only input their Cathay membership number once, and it cannot be modified after submission. Incorrect or incomplete information will result in ineligibility for bonus miles.
    • Booking Limitations
      • There are no limitations on the number of bookings a member can make for Restaurant Week. However, a member can only have one booking per mealtime (brunch, lunch, or dinner) per day, with a maximum of 8 seats per booking.
    • Restrictions on Combining Offers
      • Event set menus cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
    • Changes to Restaurant Services
      • Restaurants may adjust menus, hours, or services due to operational or seasonal reasons. Members are encouraged to contact the restaurant for details. If a member does not agree to the restaurant’s changes, they may cancel the booking at no charge.
    • Deposit and Cancellations
      • Some restaurants may require a deposit due to limited seating or the need to prepare ingredients. Members must adhere to the restaurant’s guidelines for booking deposits. Failure to pay the required deposit in time will invalidate the booking.
      • Bookings can be cancelled or modified through the DiningCity platform at least 1 hour before the reserved mealtime. Cancellations made by phone, email, or directly with the restaurant are not valid.
      • For restaurants with special cancellation or modification policies, members must refer to the specific restaurant’s requirements for further details.
    • Other Terms and Conditions
      • This event is also governed by the Cathay Pacific Airways, Asia Miles Limited, and DiningCity platform terms and conditions.
